This was for a going away party for one of my son’s preschool teachers.

She was leaving for a year’s study in India and loved bicycling, so I piped the continents with India in the prime spot and drew a bicycle in chocolate that I could stand up on the cake. I used an oven-proof bowl to make the appropriate half-globe shape.

I knew the teacher really loved it when she made it her Facebook profile picture for several months!
